The nonprofit organization Bridge of Faith will deliver compassionate, person-centered in-home care for adults living with a disability, designed to uphold dignity, promote independence, and foster meaningful personal growth. Rooted in the guiding principle of Micah 6:8—“to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God”—our work centers on meeting individuals where they are with respect, empathy, and humility.
This initiative seeks to go beyond traditional care models by creating opportunities for individuals to actively engage in their own development. We recognize that every person possesses unique talents, experiences, and intrinsic value. Through intentional relationship-building and individualized support, we aim to cultivate these gifts, empowering individuals to become the best version of themselves while experiencing a genuine sense of purpose, inclusion, and joy.

Our Services
Based in Pella, Iowa, Bridge of Faith is credentialed to serve those under the Intellectual Disability (ID) Waiver and the Brain Injury (BI) Waiver through the 3 MCO's (Wellpoint, Iowa Total Care, and Molina) in the state of Iowa.
