How You’ll Make an Impact

· Support members with activities of daily living and in developing independence in personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and other life skills.  

· Administer medications and treatments as trained.

· Complete service documentation accurately and timely.

· Facilitate community involvement through recreational events, shopping, volunteer opportunities, and other activities. 

· Provide transportation assistance as needed.

· Participate and complete all required and designated trainings. 

· Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. 

· Build trusting, respectful relationships. 

What You’ll Bring

· Self-directed with characteristics of compassion, respect, and problem-solving. 

· Ability to effectively communicate with members, guardians and families, team members, and health care providers.

· Must be willing and able to successfully complete and pass background checks prior to hire.

· High school diploma/GED.

· Demonstrated concern for others and alignment with the mission of Bridge of Faith.

· Reliable attendance and punctuation. 

· Ability to lift 35 lbs., be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand. 

· Licensed driver with automobile insurance. 

· Must be willing and able to become an approved driver for Bridge of Faith. 

Schedule/Pay

· Starting wages for this position is $16.50 for full-time employees. Starting wages is $16.50 for part-time and PRN employees. Premium pay is available for call-in shifts.

· We offer fulltime (40hrs/week), part-time (24hrs/week), and PRN (openings available contingent on business need). Must be willing to work overtime as needed or requested.

Benefits

· The starting pay for this position is $16.00/hour with premium pay for overnight and weekend hours.
