Gripped by a vision to provide care that shares the mission that "everyone has a seat at the table", Bridge of Faith was launched. Bridge of Faith was founded by Judy Fynaardt to help address Iowa's shortage of service providers under Iowa Medicaid Enterprise for adults living with disabilities. Our mission is to close the gap of providing a service by delivering high-quality services rooted in faith and hope. We strive to be recognized as an industry leader by consistently exceeding expectations for everyone we serve.
Moving forward, we stand apart through the unique relationship with 818 Forward with Faith, the organization that builds homes where our residents live. While 818 Forward with Faith provides housing, Bridge of Faith focuses on delivering 24/7 support and high-quality care within those homes. Our residencies are staffed by individuals who share our vision and mission, allowing us to create a consistent, compassionate, environment centered on faith, hope, and excellent service.
Bridge of Faith and 818 Forward with Faith work together to provide families with a trusted, welcoming environment where their adult son or daughter can feel truly at home. Our approach emphasizes comfort, dignity, and a sense of belonging.
Given the significant need for high-quality care for individuals living with disabilities across Iowa, our primary focus is on helping meet that need. Bridge of Faith is committed to filling service gaps by providing compassionate faith-centered care that supports individuals and families in central Iowa.
