Judy's personal goal was to establish a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving adults by providing compassionate, holistic care within homes—care that honors dignity, nurtures growth, and celebrates the unique gifts each individual brings to the world. Grounded in the timeless calling of Micah 6:8, this mission is guided by a commitment “to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God.”

Bridge of Faith will continually seek to create a space where every person is seen, valued, and supported in becoming the best version of themselves. By offering care rooted in compassion, love, and mercy, we will walk alongside individuals, investing time to understand their stories, cultivate their talents, and uplift their sense of purpose and joy. We will BRIDGE THE GAP of service alongside independence in a home setting.

Jerry Fynaardt is a passionate community leader and advocate dedicated to creating lasting impact through service, equity, and civic engagement. With over 30 years' experience of business management and financial leadership and oversight of large-scale livestock and crop farming operations, his strong belief in the power of grassroots change has supported his devotion to building programs that support underserved populations, empower youth, and strengthen community resilience.

Maria Wilson is a dedicated, results-driven professional with a unique dual background in business leadership, business administration, psychology, sociology and human services. With over 15 years of experience across profit, nonprofit, healthcare, human services, and corporate sectors, she brings a compassionate and strategic approach to leadership, organizational development, and community impact.

Her expertise lies in building bridges between mission-driven services and sustainable operations – empowering teams, improving service delivery, and driving equity-focused outcomes. Known for her ability to lead with both heart and insight, Maria has spearheaded initiatives in program development and leadership, stakeholder engagement, and inclusive policy development.

A passionate advocate for underserved communities, she is committed to advancing systems that honor human dignity, foster economic opportunity, and support holistic well-being. Whether in boardrooms or grassroot spaces, she leads with integrity, empathy, and a vision for meaningful change.

Maria currently resides in southeast Iowa and is completing her Doctor of Business Administration and serves as a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. In her free time, Maria enjoys writing, painting, nature, and chasing rainbows with her daughter. 

Zach has always had a heart for people and loved being involved. He has a shepherding heart is passionate about caring well for people. His corporate experiences taught him the value of treating those you serve and work with well is one of the most important things an organization can do. He is excited to be a part of the mission and vision of Bridge of Faith and to be a part of a culture rooted in the Fruits of the Spirit.
